Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure the kitchen appliances, coffee maker and grill are turned off.
Turn off lights, ceiling fans, and electronics. Set the thermostat to 68.
Return beach chairs, umbrellas, and accessories to the storage area under the stairs. Ensure all doors and windows are securely closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Home is located in a wooded, wildlife rich area - Any disruption to critters/habitat will result in fees based upon severity.
Leaving trash, dog waste or any objects on the dunes or beach will result in an additional $300 fee (extremely severe situations will be quoted).
Absolutely no smoking on the premises, including balconies - Any detection will result in a $250 fee to the guest.

We have stayed in many rentals in the Pentwater area over the last few years and this was hands down the best. What a treat to wake up to a lake view and then go upstairs to the gourmet kitchen for breakfast. After spending the day paddle boarding, kayaking and relaxing the beach, we enjoyed sunsets on the deck and movie nights in the big, comfy living room. Everything was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about this home.

This house is better than the pictures. It also has amenities like an icemaker and high-end kitchen that made our vacation so easy and comfortable. My husband said this is the best Vrbo we have stayed in. The access to the beach is in incredible. Lake Michigan is incredible. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located. Lake Michigan is literally in the back yard. The views were incredible. Amenities were top notch. The owner was very nice. If you’re looking to party not the house for you. The street is very quiet and definitely a bed time neighborhood.
