The Porch in Ludington is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the heart of downtown Ludington and sleeps up to 14. Enjoy the splendor of in home comforts including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi Fi, central air conditioning and spacious living areas. Located within walking distance to downtown and within minutes to the pristine sandy beach of Lake Michigan at Stearns Park, you will find this home perfectly positioned for all your interests. The Space
The main level provides ample living space between the expansive living room and dining room. The living room hosts a comfortable, oversized sectional and 65" Smart TV. In the dining room you will find a sprawling, wooden dining table with seating for 6, perfect for family meal times. The bonus room between the dining room and kitchen provides additional living space and bar seating for 4. It is also home to a traditional stand up popcorn machine which will make perfectly popped popcorn for you to enjoy while taking in a movie or family game nights. You will find several family friendly games available to choose from. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessities needed to prepare full meals and includes a dishwasher and Keurig single cup coffee maker. You will find the main floor bathroom located off of the kitchen which is also home to the washer and dryer. This spacious bathroom/laundry room has a bathtub and shower and vanity with bright lighting. For your comfort there are two bedrooms located on the main level. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, ceiling fan and closet space. It is adjoined by another bedroom which offers a trundle bed, ceiling fan and closet. These adjoining rooms are perfect for those traveling with young children, but have their own private entrances making them separate bedrooms.

The stairway, with traditional wooden banister, leading to the upstairs brings you to 3 additional bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer queen size beds while the other hosts two bunk sets with full size beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. The newly remodeled bathroom offers a step in shower with a glass door.

The Outdoors
The Porch has a quaint front porch with outdoor dining table and seating. This space is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a cool drink on a hot Summer afternoon. You'll find the large, fenced in backyard is another great place for gathering. Here you can enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, grill out on the gas grill and enjoy your meals around the picnic table and evenings roasting marshmallows around a campfire in the firepit. There are also some beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys available for your use in the shed next to the garage. Please note, the garage is for owner use only.

Nearby Attractions
The Porch is within walking distance to downtown Ludington where you'll find an array of options for shopping and dining. It's home to Sandcastle's Children Museum which is a favorite amongst children. The public Lake Michigan Beach at Stearns Park is a short few minute drive and within walking distance if you're up for a good walk. The Ludington State Park is a 10-15 minute drive where you can enjoy hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and other fun outdoor activities. The Silver Lake Sand Dunes are approximately 30 minutes away. There are also various other access points to Lake Michigan as well as wineries, golf courses, inland lakes and rivers all within a short drive.
