This is a fully furnished unit in the heart of Bradenton with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. It is close to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to Anna Maria Island. It features a bathroom that has been fully remodeled with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. This unit has vaulted ceilings and central A/C. There is a large fenced-in backyard to enjoy the warm Florida evening. The living room couch has a fold-out queen bed. Located near everything, shopping restaurants etc. short drive to the beach and definitely worth the stay. Had an extended stay 30 days while waiting for our house to close escrow. The host worked with us, I didn’t have many requests but the couple I had were satisfied very promptly. My family of 4 had a very comfortable stay for first time VRBO guests. I would recommend this spot as a prime spot for a long stay or short trip, if it’s available. It checked all of our boxes for what we needed and we were lucky to find this one!
