This house provides 5 bedroom areas, sleeps 16, has two full baths, fully furnished kitchen, spacious living area with large smart tv, wrap around porch, with beautiful views, and ample parking for multiple cars & trailered boats. Short drive to Parks Marina/Barefoot Bar, 5 minute drive to downtown Spirit Lake, and 10 minute drive to Arnolds Park. Close to many miles of beautiful bike trails. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Fall provides views of changing colors, deer passing throughthe neighborhood, wild turkeys, and quiet waters.

It was a beautifully remodeled home. Plenty of space for everyone.Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, loved that all you had to do was show up with your suitcase.Loved having a washer and dryer in the basement. Also liked the location of the house on East Lake Okoboji, it was less busy.

The property was perfect! It fit all of us so perfectly. Tami and Adam were super nice and kind to all of us. If you were to book the pontoon do it as soon as possible cause it does get rented out to other party’s, I wish this was a little more clear with my stay. Would go back again!

Super easy check in with great communication from the host! Everything was spotless and recently updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, and the kids loved having their own space in the basement. Easy access to the lake with a dock to sit on for anyone who didn’t wanna go on the boat. Morning, coffee on the deck! Definitely, definitely recommend!

Great Location

This houses is very family friendly. I Loved the fact that it is up on East lake Okoboji, the less busy side of the lake, but just around the corner from some of the boat up bars and restaurants. Plenty of room to tub and wakeboard if that is your goal. We spent time relaxing, floating by the dock.

Great Stay with Great Hosts

House was great, lake house feel with nostalgic accommodations. Basement was helpful to have multiple beds available. Amazing views of the lake on the deck. Tons of parking and great accommodations from the hosts. They were more than helpful! We will definitely be back.

Okoboji Lakefront home

The Okoboji Lakefront home was perfect for our needs when we travelled to the area for a wedding. The three bedrooms, plus three extra beds in the basement, and two bathroom setup worked well for the seven of us. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed; we also found the washer/dryer useful. When outside, we really enjoyed the large deck to fully take in the atmosphere of the lake. The location of the house made traveling to and from where we needed to go very convenient.We were especially grateful to find a place that allowed us to bring our dogs! Overall just a really great experience!

Great location and space

This lake house is in a great location with a fabulous deck and dock. The owners even let us use a stand up paddle board. It is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. The owners were very responsive. Our dog even barked quite a bit while we were gone one night and they were very patient with us and let us know so that we could get back. They were so nice and didn’t even get upset. The house has plenty of beds and comfortable couches. The reason I only have an overall rating of 4 is for two reasons. One is because the roof is a tin roof and there are acorn trees above the home. It was pretty loud at night which made it hard to sleep. So the second night we slept in the basement which was cozy and quiet. The second reason is the home could use some updating. The master bath has a tiny shower with plastic curved doors. We just ended up using the spare bathroom when showering. We would stay here again.
