Nice house and Location

This is a nice clean house, the beds aren't the most comfortable and there is no spices, oils or anything else for cooking so just a heads up on that.

Golf weekend in the Viilages

Me and a few buddies stayed here for a couple days for a golf weekend in The Villages. The VRBO website was messed up but the owner still got me the info I needed to check in. House was beautiful, clean and close to anything we needed. Had a great stay! 5 star experience

Beds and smoke

Everything was great but the property smelled of cigarette smoke. Also beds were very uncomfortable. Neighborhood wasn’t great with a lot going on across the street.

High potential, missed the mark

The house was welcoming with updated and nice furniture and decor. Lots of kitchen utensils and extras included (soap, body wash, etc.) However, the property could use improving - the handle on the bathtub was broken, the toilet didnt stop running after being flushed. We found cockroaches in the living room and master bedroom, and our son had a dead lizard in his bed. The water completely shut off mid shower - the owner was quick to respond but still an inconvenience with shampoo in hair that couldn't be rinsed until maintenance arrived (quick response time but still an unnecessary situation.) While in the waiting process we checked the well, in which we noticed the filter was full and needed to be changed.
