I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was as listed, and there were no issues throughout my stay. The house was clean and had everything I needed. The host was extremely accommodating and flexible. Communication with the host was also straightforward. I would recommend this listing in a heartbeat.

A beautiful home. It has everything anyone needs for an extended stay. There are two large bedrooms/two baths and a third room used as a bedroom. The master bath is aligned directly to that bedroom with tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet with extensive shelving.The grounds are immaculate and the plantings surrounding the house are outstanding/beautiful. Craig, the owner, was always available by phone or e-mail to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. All appliances operated perfectly, the AC kept the house cool and very comfortable, and in doing laundry the screens on the garage, where the laundry was located, gave you an open, well lighted, and inviting space to get your clothes clean. There is an emergency medical facility directly adjacent to the front entrance of the Spruce Creek community and in the rear of the complex is another entrance/exit that can get you to and from shopping and other services quickly and easily. The community has a very well appointed fitness center with a lap-lane pool which was used on an almost daily basis. The locker room was not spacious, but it was very clean with three terrific showers and certainly accommodating enough for the flow of the resident members in and out. Anyone needing a place to stay in this area of Summerfield, FL., which is close to The Villages, would be hard pressed to find a better home with such a caring and attentive owner. Lovely home, wonderful community

Our 3 months here was delightful even in the midst of the pandemic. The home is lovely and very liveable--comfortable and nicely appointed with a well-stocked kitchen-- and the community is inviting full of amenities and friendly people. This part of Central Florida was interesting to explore. The owners could not have been more helpful or accommodating. All in all an A+ experience.

A Very Nice Experience

We stayed at Craig and Sharon’s house for 6 months. It was a very nice experience with the two of them as landlords, with the comforts provided in the house, and with the amenities of the Del Webb community. They were quick to respond to the few requests I asked of them for maintenance repairs. Very clearly, our comfort and enjoyment was very important to them…They have an eye for quality. The house is beautifully decorated and the new furnishings added to our stay. The beds were super comfortable, with quality sheets, pillows, etc. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped for the serious cook. The internet connection was dependable and very fast. The A/C works great. The house is very well insulated…I particularly enjoyed the two large pools—one for casual wading and one for swimming laps (it is quite long at about 85 feet). I also used the gym regularly which is sufficiently equipped with treadmills and Life Fitness machines. There are a lot of organized activities to get involved within Del Webb that are described in the monthly Del Webb magazine. Also, there is gated security contributing to a safe environment…Approx. 2 miles from the main entrance is a very large flea market open Friday-Sunday. It is a good place to stock up on fruits and veggies which are sold at arguably the lowest prices in the area. There are a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity. About 10-12 miles south, in Lady Lake, there are many more restaurants to suit every palate. 1 ½ hours east you have the Atlantic Ocean and the beach…Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy life.

Great owners, lovely home, fantastic community

We rented this home for six months last year and for eight months this year. We’ve felt like we were on a permanent vacation. The house is better than the photos show. The owners have added bar stools for the kitchen counter, beefed up the internet speed, purchased a golf cart and an electric, outdoor grill, and added a sliding screen door to the front entrance. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the landscaping beautiful, and the house, garage and grounds are clean and well kept. Spruce Creek Country Club is paradise for active 55+ adults. There are dozens of organized activities, a professional softball field, seven hard tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts and horseshoe pits. The community grounds, the swimming pools, fitness center, community center, billiards room, etc., are all immaculately maintained. It really is a showcase for active adult communities. And Craig and Sharon are wonderful landlords. I always enjoy our phone calls and email exchanges. They promptly take care of any issues that arise and clearly take pride in maintaining this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great Place

Very nice. Everything we needed was in this beautiful two bedroom home. Clean and in excellent condition. I rode my bicycle to most activities within community. After staying here we are hoping to buy similar house in Del Webb. People in community were very friendly and there were countless activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball(over 300 members of club), cards, chess, sewing, etc. Two huge outdoor pools heated to 92 degrees. We were here in November and December. Weather was fantastic. Four miles from The Villages which has many restaurants and entertaiment opportunities.

Del Webb has so much to offer, three pools including one indoor one adult pool and one beautiful family pool. Also 36 holes of championship golf, state of the art fitness center (free) several pickleball court’s plus a nice restaurant overlooking one of our golf courses. Plus a beautiful community center plus much much more!
