Family trip

We had a great time on our family trip to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. It is very convenient to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and Mayfaire. The hosts were great at communicating and accommodating to our needs.

We had an easy and wonderful week-long stay. Jackie is a great host, very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The space is clean, comfortable, and more spacious than it looks in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located to reach the beach, school, and downtown. We'll be back!

Everything about the townhome was as listed and pictured. Jackie went above and beyond with amenities to make for a comfy and easy stay. We will be back !

Beach Trip

Stay was great. Beautiful townhouse. Beautiful dishes and decorations. Great location. I wish there was a guest book that let us know where the sheets were for the pull out bed and what to do to check out but the owner is a 5 out of 5 on communicating which helped. Probably the best at communicating that we've had at a rental.

Perfect little off-beach getaway

This condo was perfect. Every little thing, from kitchen to bathroom to living room, was thought for, We were able to cook up a couple multicourse meals; every utensil or dish we wanted was right there. There's about 20 eating places within a five minute ride. You can be down at the beach in about 10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool. It was very clean and well decorated.

Nice place,but.....

Nice place, well stocked kitchen, very responsive owner/property manager, but our stay was marred by the presence of a couple of cockroaches that popped out during the week we stayed. Owner had sprayed a week before and offered to spray again but we had an infant so werent comfortable. Place could use a new paint job, too as paint was chipping in the corner.
