Wonderful Vacation Rental

This property was suitable for our family of 4 and our stay for beach outings, exploring the city and just relaxing after dinner. The home is equipped with everything you could think of. Communication was great with both owner and caretaker. I would recommend this rental as it was in a safe community.

Great place, feels like home.

We had the best time! David and Peg are excellent hosts, every little detail was thought through, and the place felt more like home than a rental. Our family had plenty of space, the location is fantastic, beds are comfortable and the place has everything you can think of. Highly recommend and hope to return. olga

Superb property in an excellent location. Great communication from owners. Thoughtfully laid out and well appointed. Check in/out was very simple. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Wilmington Wedding

Stayed with my husband for a wedding in town over Memorial Day weekend. Great location! Easy stay from check in to check out. Biked to the beach the day after the wedding. Highly recommend for the price!

Perfect Stay in Wilmington

This is such a beautiful place. Great location and just a short drive to the beach. The kitchen and baths are beautiful. The beds were comfortable.It was so nice to not be in a hotel room for three days. So much room. Would definitely come back. Thank you to a great host. David was so easy to reach and kindly allowed us to stay a couple hours longer so we could get to the airport later. Much appreciated.
