Enjoy Marina life at Reefpoint Marina. Close to the beach and on the water. The “Freckled Fin” can sleep 4, however, we encourage no more than 2 guests for a nice romantic getaway. 1 Stateroom- Sleeps 2, Dinette converts to a double and sleeper and sofa converts to a twin in the salon - Enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises, a cool lake breeze, and star gazing at night. Amenities include a heated pool (seasonal) with two hot tubs, gas grills and a patio, a ships store, and laundry facilities.

Checking Out is 11:00 am: * Dispose of garbage in the designated receptacles near the gates. * Leave used sheets on the bed and towels on the floor for collection.

*Place the boat check in bag with all key fobs on the counter inside the boat. *Wash all dishes before departure. *Please send a message to inform us when you leave the boat.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We ask that you use the clean and nearby bathhouse for any showering needs.

Please use the bathhouse for all you #2 eliminations. This will prevent toilet backup issues during your stay.

The boat was super clean, the bed was comfy, the host was communicative, and all the instructions were clear. We enjoyed the onsite hot tub and restaurant, and there’s plenty to do within walking distance as well.

Great weekend getaway!!

We were looking for a quick getaway to relax and soak up the sun! Manager shared important check in and check out instructions. The boat is well cared for, clean and provided everything we needed. It is tight quarters, perfect for a couple. We loved the close location to the pool and restaurant, which had delicious BBQ reasonably priced. We loved the marina pool and hot tub. The location is steps away from Lake Michigan beautiful sandy beach with gorgeous blue water. Will definitely return!

Unique, always wanted to try staying on a boat so thank you for the opportunity. Could have used better instructions so we knew we needed to turn the water on to brush our teeth & wash our hands.

Harley festival

Had a good stay at the freckle fin. We rode in on a motorcycle so already had to pack light so was nice to have soap towels n all that there so didn’t need to bring. Wish had more time then just sleeping on the boat but just what needed to crash at night. Very close quarters better love the ones you travel with lol! Patrick was awesome about getting back to us quick when need! Great host
