This newly remodeled home has been specifically made for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the red hills or the night stars of the night sky. If you are staying a night or a week or more, this is the place to be!

Centrally located to many natural wonders such as Zions National Park Kaibab National Forest(Grand Canyon), The Wave, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Historic Arizona Strip. This new renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures!

Located down a no through street, with no thru traffic and in a new very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Parking for 2 vehicles on driveway and parking for a UTV trailer on the side of home or for any other toys you have, you wont have a tight space to turn around in.

This beautiful home has a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful Kanab sunsets, fire pit with bench and a BBQ grill thats provided for your use.

Three unique bedrooms with a king in the main room, queen bed in the second room and a twin over full bunk bed in the third room.

A gorgeous kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials for your use, it also has high speed fiber internet/wifi throughout the house that is provided for your internet needs.

Enjoyed our stay and chealsea was an amazing host. Home featured smart TVs in every room, firepit that we could roast marshmallows with, clean accommodations and a big shower. Kitchen was fully equipped and party lights created a fun atmosphere outside. We loved seeing the horses in the morning across the road. The extra rooms will be great for when we bring our kids for the next trip!

Papa Bearz Cottage was the perfect location for our adventures exploring Zion NP, Kanab, and this area of south western Utah. It was the perfect size for our small family of three. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The beds were comfy and the living room had more than enough cozy couch space for all of us to relax. We enjoyed peaceful location. It was very quiet at night. Exploring Kanab was fun. We had wonderful dinners at Rocking V Cafe and Houston's Trail's End Restaurant. The coffee and pastries from Jakey Leigh's were a great start to the day! We would definitely love to come back and explore Kanab and the surrounding area more and would definitely recommend Papa Bearz to everyone!

Papa Bears cottage was the perfect vacation stay! The location is very convenient to Kanab, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, White Pocket, Alstrom Point, Smoky Mountain, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and many other cool places to visit. The cottage was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks again!

We loved staying at Papa Bearz Cottage. We used the black stone grill provided to cook on. The host answered any questions we had promptly. The kids loved playing basketball, the games, and seeing all the farm animals around. We were able to do laundry if needed, and cook our meals to save money. Good times were had and memories made!

Great Property in Central Location

Clean, quiet, spacious place right near central Kanab served as a great hub for visiting nearby parks — and for relaxing in between activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay and perfect for our family of 6. The layout of the home is great and the kitchen is on point for cooking for a family each evening. I highly recommend this retreat for your rest and recovery from your adventures of the day.

Great Kanab house

Nice property, lots of space, excellently stocked- everything you would want in a “base camp” house in Kanab close to all the National Parks. Adorable house- we loved it! Amazing shower!
