About this property

Owner managed beautiful house in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the Loma Vista development in Clovis. We take great pride in checking the house thoroughly before every guest so our guests get what they see in pictures. We live in the neighborhood and can be at the house within minutes to attend to any issues. House has all the amenities one needs to just move right in, bbq included. Large backyard to relax in after a long day's work. 1 king bed in master bedroom and 1 queen bed in other bedroom, along with queen hide-a-bed couch. There is also a den which is set up with a desk and a trundle bed. Both TVs are set up with Amazon Prime Streaming along with other popular streaming apps for you to sign in to. We love our home and love the opportunity to share it with others.

Our neighborhood has meandering walking paths that travels through the adjacent neighborhoods to allow for a safe, nice evening stroll or morning walk.

Three beautiful national parks are a short distance away - Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon! All three are a must to visit. Several lakes in the area for water sporting activities. Shaver Lake, Bass Lake, Huntington Lake and Millerton Lake are the local popular spots.

Immaculate and Great Location

We have stayed at a lot of vrbo's and this one definitely is at the top. It feels brand new. Super comfortable bed which can be rare when you travel. Nicely decorated throughout and stocked with anything you need for your stay. Looking forward to staying here in the future when we come to visit family.

My husband and I are the proud owners of The Buckingham. We own as well as manage the property so we are hands on in the maintenance. We take pride in offering a home away from home as clean and as stocked as your own. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do.

We love our neighborhood. We live in the same neighborhood as The Buckingham and love the peacefulness and solitude of this area. The many walking paths that travel through the adjacent neighborhoods is a definite plus for evening walks or bike rides.

What makes this property unique

Being that we manage our own property, it allows us to be there to check to make sure it is up to our standards each and every time a guest checks in. We have seen some of the homes that are managed from afar and they don't live up to their pictures on the websites. We handle all maintenance and cleaning ourselves so as to give our guests a 1st class stay.
