We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at the USAFA and it was a great house for the parents and teenagers to feel like we all had our own space. Plentiful bed/bath options and the kitchen was full stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. We had a great stay!

This is a great property and served our purposes for this trip quite well. There was certainly some room for some improvement in the maintenance of the property, broken cabinets, damage to the front and back porches, etc.. But overall this was a great property for a large group and is very convenient for visits to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, USAFA, etc. great experience overall.

Beautiful in and out

The house and the view was beautiful. My 16yr old boy loved the space and design and even asked how much a house like this costs lol. Everything was as pictured. This was our 1st time visiting CO but we'll definitely be back and would love to make this our home away from home over and over again!

Family Vacation

The home is beautiful with a great location. The one main issue we had with the home is there’s only one unit for 3 floors. The bottom floor didn’t warm up unless the heat was high which caused the other floors to be uncomfortable. There was not a separate unit for downstairs or any type of heating unit to balance out the temp.

We picked a winner for our family vacation!

Four generations of our family enjoyed spending our week of vacation at this spacious, comfy and sturdy house. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We appreciated the large kitchen, the abundance of light-filled windows, the hot tub, the pool table, and the back deck where we could see deer and other wildlife pass by. Peak Management was quick to answer questions and fix any repairs/issues that came up. The replacement box fan provided was helpful on the top floor, especially on the hot days we had (100 degrees). The step down in the family room/dining area took some getting used to. Parts of the house could use a little updating or maintenance (e.g., the front steps and carpet), but overall it was a winner of a place to stay for our family trip.
