Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 2.1 miles or 6-minute drive (fee applies) PARKING: On-site parking for 1 to 2 vehicles PET FRIENDLY: If bringing pets, there is a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee and 2 dogs max. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

I thought the property size and location was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and our Grammy. My husband was not too impressed with the 2 flights of stairs up and down but no one else complained. We did notice that the condo was not cleaned well and we took it upon ourselves to spend some time cleaning when we got there. We spoke to another family in a downstairs unit that was leaving because their condo was so dirty when they got there, they chose to go stay at the resort instead. I do not blame the owner of the condo at all, but the cleaning company needs to step up their game. There is no reason that a property rented out regularly should have mouse feces and dead bugs in multiple locations throughout the home. If it's being cleaned correctly and often, those should not be a notable issue.
