Inside, the open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming space to gather after a day of adventure. The living room features an electric fireplace, Direct TV, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly to the dining and family rooms and includes an electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, popcorn machine, and both drip and K-Cup coffee makers. Guests can enjoy casual seating for two at the kitchen counter, along with a large dining table that comfortably seats eight.
The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during your stay.
Step outside to enjoy the home's inviting outdoor spaces, where a large covered deck area provide plenty of room to relax. Fire up the Weber BBQ grill for outdoor meals, unwind by the firepit in the evenings, or enjoy the fresh mountain air from one of the two outdoor bench swings. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
