Newly built guest suite close to downtown with beautiful views surrounding the property. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Private front entry with parking space. Courtyard with Bistro Table. Queen size bed, sitting area, large flat screen TV, full bath, heat and air conditioning. Kitchenette has a spacious nook with table and chairs, 2-burner cook top, microwave, mini refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Small pet ok with approval.
Other things to note:

1) Centrally located in the most picturesque area of southern Utah. Beautiful views from the property. Many hiking trails surround the area. Also, 45 minutes from Zion National Park, 1 hour 20 minutes from Bryce National Park, 1 hour from Lake Powell, 1 hour 40 minutes from North Rim Grand Canyon.

2) Perfect location to watch Hot Air Balloons inflate and depart for Balloons and Toons festival on the 3rd weekend every February.

Close to everything and also so secluded!

Kamar is a wonderful town to explore from. The Casita was the perfect place to come home to after busy days in the Parks. Very comfortable and soooo quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located casita! A beautiful view of Kanab's surrounding landscape and a sense of privacy was well-balanced with close proximity to town with all of its restaurants, shopping, and sight-seeing. The quietness of the area was especially enjoyed after the hustle and bustle of town! With Hwy 89 going right through the center of Kanab, eating on outdoor patios created a challenge of out-yelling passing trucks, so the respite of a quiet evening was much appreciated. Barbara had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed to keep us comfortable during our 3-day stay. My brief but pleasant interaction with Barbara helped me realize she genuinely cares about the needs of her customers (people and dogs) and if we return to Kanab, we will certainly want to make our reservations at this bright, clean casita!

Amazing place!

This was the cleanest VRBO I ever stayed out. The owner is very easy to work with and respected our privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is perfect for Zion, Bryce, Page, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon (and North Rim once it reopens.) It is the perfect place for two people. Lots of great local stuff to do as well. There is some great hiking right outside the backdoor. Book it, you will be happy!

We stayed for three weeks. The casita is very nice and A good location.There was just the two of us and a small dog.I think it was a bit small for that length of timeBut would certainly stay again, just not for such an extended stay.

The Casita is very well taken care of and clean. Barbra was responsive and very friendly. She has put together a daily activity book for the surrounding areas and the national parks that was fantastic! She includes treats, coffee, waters and even shampoo, conditioner and your soaps in the room. It was only a minute drive into town and conveniently located.

Kanab Weekend

We were provided a very nice, new and clean Casita. The property was recently built on an old gold course east of town. Barb, the owner, was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of the area. She gave us some great tips on restaurants and things to do.
