Heron Bay sits on a nice quiet cove has a large deck area and pool, tennis courts, trailer parking, great fishing off the docks, and swim off the docks.
Boat slip can be seen from condo. Trailer parking & Boat ramp in complex. Close by popular hang out spots, restaurants, and swim up bars including Red Heads and Shorty Pants (2 coves over), close to the Paradise restaurant, Dog Days and Backwater Jacks.
There are grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants right up the road.
The Lake of the Ozarks is surrounded by golf courses, and a lot of recreational places including go carts, mini golf, and there is a State Park 1-2 mile away with a beach and boat ramp access. Haha tonka State Park is 5 miles away and is known to have a historical castle, great walking trails, and a natural spring.
We are also 8-10 miles away from the Bagnell dam strip.
Relax at our cozy Lake Front condo! Rent a boat or bring your own-boat ! Slip can be seen from condo & trailer parking are here. (Slip is 10x20 and your boat can hang 4 ft past the slip) Enjoy Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! This one bedroom condo has a king size bed, and a futon that becomes a double bed, and in the living room there is a queen size pull out couch with a mattress topper to be extra comfy. Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, plates, cups, silverware are all provided. Just bring your fishing gear, and plan to swim in the pool!
There is a king size bed and a futon in the bedroom, then a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps 5, but that is only is one of the guests is a child. Otherwise, I would say it sleeps 4 adults.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful unit near the pool! We had a wonderful time at this peaceful and beautiful condo. The end unit had a great deck with a great pool and deck right next door. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Recommend this unit for a nice couple's getaway!

Lovely Condo

This condo community is in a convenient location near kids activities such as mini golf and go kart riding. The condo itself is super cute with comfortable beds. The deck is complete with a ceiling fan, sun shade from the morning sun and very nice furniture. It is just steps away from the lake and the dock is a swimming dock with a ladder for easy entering and exiting the water. My kids swam a lot in the pool. It was very busy on Saturday afternoon, which is to be expected, but more relaxing on Sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and communication with the owners was always timely and welcoming.
