I wish my little dog was still with me. She would have loved walking and riding around with me. Great neighborhood and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
If you like quirky and unique places to stay, I would add this charming little Airstream to the list. Keep in mind, it's small and It's an older model, so it’s not ideal if you prefer modern stays. It was the perfect size and spot for me and my daughter's overnight adventure!
I loved the vintage vibe of this airstream! So sweetly decorated, very cozy with a lot of thoughtful touches. It feels very private too. Del was informative about the area, and very responsive to messages. I enjoyed my “glamping” experience. If you’re looking for a stay, that’s out of the ordinary, I highly recommend this spot.
When we first got to the property, the host showed us around and got to know to us. It was really nice to be chit chat and to know more about the airstream. The bed was super comfortable and the location was around so many things and the beach!! 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be returning. Thanks Del!
Our stay at this VRBO was lovely! We only stayed for a couple of days, and it was perfectly suited to our needs. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, maintaining open and clear communication throughout our visit. The location provided easy access to both downtown and the beach, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed the weekend while I was attending an event. We loved how private it felt even though we were downtown and near lots of different things!
My two daughters and I had a great Spring Break get away! The camper was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our little dog.
We were in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, outdoor activities. The camper is cozy with an amazing outdoor area. We highly recommended this property and would book it again if ever in the area.
Communication with the owners was great!
Enjoy!

Deceiving
Looks nothing like the pictures. The view next door looks like a junkyard. Family got bitten up within minutes of being there. We did not stay and it ruined our vacation.
We had the joy of staying in this marvelous camper during our weekend visit to Pensacola and let me tell you it was far better than any hotel experience you could have asked for! From the time we booked till the time we checked out the host was phenomenal in answering any and all questions and as well had some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking for something quiet and off the beaten path!
If you’re looking for a “glamping” type of experience, you can’t beat this adorable airstream! I loved all the charming details. It was very clean with a comfy bed. The use of bikes was a plus too. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog along as well, and that we could close the gate and let her roam the outdoor area freely. Del was a perfect host, so kind and friendly! Would love to come stay again.

Drawn to the uniqueness
So many things in the airstream did not function and it needs a deep cleaning and lots of TLC. Lack of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, silverware, functioning cabinets. The bed was comfortable, the little area outside the trailer was nice, and the presence of bikes, etc. was great. Host was very nice, but despite our love of the funky, we just wouldn't stay again.

The Airstream is 50 years old, and has been beautifully restored. Everything does indeed work, and we have plenty of towels. If you’d just asked, we could have told you which cabinets had spares of everything.

Expected more.
Pros: The location is within walking distance from downtown. The host was very receptive to all communication and constructive criticism. Parking was easy. The double bed was comfortable. There were appliances available, as well as some snacks. Cons: The place did not match the advertised pictures. The grass was overgrown and an abundance of leaves all down entrance walkway. The trailer needs some updates and cleaning. It appeared a deep cleaning hadn't been don't recently or properly. We had a strong urine smell and the water smelled as well. The 'twin beds' are the covered benches in the sitting area in the front of the RV and are not necessarily suitable for an adult. I did express these items with the host. She thanked me for my recommendations. I truly hope the next person has a better experience.
The vintage Airstream offers a unique glimpse into travel experiences of another time, and had the amenities needed for our weekend glamping. The patio/courtyard area looks just as pictured in the listing, but the surrounding lot looks like a work in progress that will make this area a true oasis in the future when it is dealt with.
Communication with our host was exceptionally good, and he graciously accommodated our request to use a kayak.
There were only 2 of us and we had sufficient sleeping space, but if you need the living area sleeping, be sure to ask for directions for converting the couch into a bed. It's not hard to do once you know that it pulls out.
This is very convenient to downtown. I would stay here again.
A less than stellar, misguided Gypsy Adventure....
I recently went on a girl's trip to Pensacola this past weekend, Sept 26-29 2024. I chose this property, because I was immediately intrigued with the idea of creating fun adventurous memories in an airstream with a pink crown, close to the beach, with my Best Friend. However, I regret to say, my experience was not as expected.
The check-in process was smooth, I received a very detailed welcome text from the owner, which included info on parking, codes, and what you can and cannot use simultaneously while staying at the camper, as well Wi-Fi passwords, as well as local restaurant favorites for us to visit.
Upon arrival, I found the property and surrounding property was in a less than desirable state. It was poorly maintained, and overgrown, not very welcoming at all. The overall appearance of the outside of the camper was nothing like the scene set in the description of the pictures provided. The camper itself looked rundown, it was not level, the tires were flat and there were spots of mold everywhere on the outside of the camper.
I stayed only 1 hour. I was uncomfortable. The yard looked like nothing had been done in a while. The inside was very clean, however, no instructions on how to operate lights, etc. since lights originally installed were not in working order. There was no tv and no internet. The host called & left a message about me getting settled in. Of course I could not respond with no internet. I left and called a hotel I had stayed before. When I got to where I had internet, i returned a call to the host. When she asked how i liked it and did I have
any problem getting in. I informed her I was not there. She asked why. I told her the things i mentioned above. She failed to give me the password and network name for WiFi, no telephone number to get in touch. Nothing. I did not ask for refund. But I think it would be nice to get part of the charged refunded. The trailer is cute outside, like in the picture. But very disappointed when went inside. I love staying in vintage places, but I was just toi disappointed here. Actually, traveling alone, I was very uncomfortable. On street parking, Icould not see car for large fence. The surrounding area of the trailer looked like a junk yard. So sorry for such a bad review, but i had to tell it like i saw it. Very uncomfortable area.

We were sorry to see this guest was unable to view all of our check in details on the Vrbo app, which, of course included the Internet password, as well as so many other details, Including our phone number, of course. The ornate privacy fence that she speaks of creates a great private yard for our guests, Unfortunately she felt like this was a bad thing. We live on the property as we work on restoring our beautiful Victorian house, so we are always available to help when guests have any issues or concerns. In order to provide help, we just need our guests to reach out.
This is a cute, quaint place to stay at a great rate. Lots of charm, very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. I would return again with more time to explore the area and enjoy the bikes.
