This was a great place to stay. We were in town for graduation weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Beautifully decorated! Easy checkin and checkout!
Our second time staying here when visiting our App student. So comfortable, cozy and clean. Great location and easy access to downtown and campus. Highly recommend!
We came to Boone to move our freshman into App and this unit was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and tasteful, convenient location. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Perfect for a college weekend visit. Didn’t realize there wasn’t any a/c, but didn’t think to check. I’m sure many places in Boone may not offer a/c with it being cooler there a lot of the year.

Hi Lisa, thank you for staying with us. And we are excited to share that we are currently in the process of adding central air conditioning to the property. So, please consider us in the future as we will have air conditioning.
All the best to you!
Great location. Bungalow was lovely, plenty of space for us. Only recommendation is to make it more clear that there is no air conditioning. It got a little warm during the day and was hard to cool off at night. We purchased a box fan to use in the bedroom and it made a big difference. Would still recommend staying there and hope to stay there again.
We were en route to our stay in Boone at the height of the hurricane. Chris communicated with me all that morning and when the house lost power we realized we needed to cancel our trip. Chris was gracious enough to offer me a refund in light of the devastation in the area without any hesitation. I will definitely book this property again for his kindness and good business practice!
