Listing and Reality 100% spot on

Tammy was an awesome host to deal with and the condo was exactly as seen in photos. Tammy was quick to respond to questions leading up to trip, provided timely check in details and even addressed an AC issue within a reasonable time and had it fixed during our stay. Kudos to Tammy all around. Maui Sunset is great spot, we have stayed in other units before and would not hesitate to stay at Tammy’s unit again. You can’t beat ground floor level either.

Spring break getaway

Perfect location and amenities! The Maui Sunset never disappoints. The pool and concierge desk has everything we could need, the sunsets are spectacular and there’s just enough activity for all ages to keep us busy but also manage to have some “chill by the pool” time. We have been coming to Maui for years and choose this resort every time.

Love Maui Sunset!

A friend and I come every couple of years.We love Mail and Maui Sunset .Our condo was was gorgeous and well appropriated.We had never stayed on the ground floor before and really enjoyed being close to the pool and we loved the resident chickens!

Relaxing resort vibe and beautiful sunsets

First time staying in Kihei and we loved Maui Sunset resort. Sunsets were amazing!! Enjoyed strolls on beach and the adjoining park. Unit was very comfy and well equipped! Kids enjoyed pool, and pool noise was not an issue. Owner responded very quickly to correct a couple small problems! Parking lot is a bit crowded if you are renting a van or truck, but we always got a spot.

Timer on my ac in bedroom should be noted … I understand saving money but when I am on vacation i like to sleep comfortably at night .. Made getting a good night sleep impossible Bed was hard…. Other than that location and room was beautiful

Would stay again

Check in was easy. Never had an issue with parking. Ground floor, so no stairs or elevator was needed. It was nice having the patio directly connected to the courtyard, kids enjoyed the grass and the pool gate 30 feet away. Easy access to the beach. Property was maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was some beach equipment including chairs, fins, googles, snorkels, and buckets that we used, did not see an umbrella. Check out was easy. We would stay again.

Well stocked and great location

We really enjoyed Tammy's place for our first trip to Maui. The condo was well stocked, in great condition and conveniently on the first floor right across from the pool. We were impressed by all of the extras that were offered for our use including snorkel gear, beach toys, coolers and beach chairs. It seems like Tammy thought of everything. The only thing that would've been helpful is if the door had a keypad for entry instead of using the manual key each time but that's such a minor detail. It worked out great and I hoghlyr recommend her place.

Family vacation

Overall it was a great stay. The condo is in a great location with a great view. Our kids loved the pool. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pullout couch because the it hadn’t been cleaned and was noticeably dirty. It made the sleeping arrangements difficult for a family of six. Other than that it was great and I would stay here again.

Wonderful Kihei stay

This was a perfect condo for our family of 4. Tammy was great and easy to communicate with. Condo is appropriately stocked with everything you will need. The condo complex is amazing, easy beach and pool access, being on the ground floor made it feel more spacious as you just walk out to the beautiful grass courtyard where there is access to putting green, shuffleboard, tennis and of coarse pool & beach. The association also has live music on the lawn on Tuesdays, it was fantastic. Best sunsets ever in the evenings too. We think this is the best valued place to stay in Kihei. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The condo was clean and spacious. It's on the ground floor so it was very convenient for the pool, and the grounds. It was lovely to sit on the patio and watch the sunset.

Very pleased!

Gorgeous condo. We have a such an amazing week in this place. The space was very clean, spacious for our family of 4, and have all the things you need to cook and amenities that you have in your own home. Located on ground level right across the pool was a big plus only 15 steps to the pool gate area from the back patio. About 1 min from the beach to watch a beautiful sunset daily. Theres 3 windows ac 1 on each room and 1 in the dining/living room area, very nice to have since july it can get a little hot during the day (88-91). Internet was great , tv have losts of apps to hear music or watch you shows or movies in YouTube tubi etc. Wacher and dryer was great too. We cook every day here they also have outdoor bbq grills if you want to use them. Pool was heated to perfect temperature, also a very relaxing jacuzzi right next to it. We only have good things so say about the condo and the entire property. They keep the place very nice looking and the people that work there are very nice and polite. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family and definitely come back again since we left a few activities for the future to explore.

Perfect Maui Getaway

Our first trip to Maui was amazing, and this condo was the perfect place to stay for our family of five. The unit is right next to the pool, has a lanai with a great view of the sunset, and is a short walk to the beach. Our kids also enjoyed playing shuffle board, tennis, and pickleball. Tammy has you all covered, too - beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, snorkel equipment, coolers, etc. We’d definitely come back!

Maui paradise

Overall a great stay. Love the property. We were a bit worried upon arrival cause of some of the surrounding area but once on site and looking out from the Lani, man was it beautiful. Not a fan of the beach. It was rocky. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Amazing Stay!

We are so glad we chose Tammy’s property at Maui Sunset. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and Tammy was great to work with. The property and location are outstanding. You are literally steps from the pool and a two minute walk to the ocean. We enjoyed the partial ocean view from the lanai each morning as we had breakfast outside. The condo was spacious enough for our family of five. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Tammy, for sharing your home. We had a wonderful family vacation and created memories that will last a life time. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others. Mahalo!

POOLSIDE PARADISE

EASY ACCESS TO THE POOL AND BEACH MAKE THIS A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY. THE CONDO IS WELL STOCKED WITH BEACH CHAIRS, TOWELS, AND OTHER THINGS FOR THE BEACH.
