Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from Stubbs many many many times and they are extremely reliable and responsive. The unit this time actually has some owner construction they were not adequately told about so it was not in the same condition as the picture and the last time we saw it. Here is the key - Once Stubbs realized the owner had not completed their construction in some of the areas, Stubbs was great by offering a partial refund that was very fair with their amount so there was no anxiety that took away from a great vacation. We have already booked with Stubbs for next year for an even longer period (almost 3 weeks this time) since we’re know we can trust them. Won’t use anyone else.

Beautiful Condo Filled With Peace and Tranquility

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Song 72 was great. I am handicapped, in a power wheelchair, and this condo allowed me the ease and freedom to move about without any problems. The expansive windows allowed me to see out all around me and the sound of the ocean waves when the slider doors were open were so calming. Condo was very well equipped with plenty of room for our family, never feeling crowded. having an elevator to get down to my car was great. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the Stubbs Vacation Rental staff for recommending this condo, it truly suited my needs. Would highly recommend Stubbs to anyone looking for a vacation rental. They care about their renters and make sure all of their needs are met and ALWAYS make sure they are comfortable and everything is functioning properly. Will definitely reach out to Stubbs for future rentals. Thank you for the great experience!
