Upstairs, unwind in the master suite’s screened-in balcony with a hammock and surround sound, or enjoy a cozy night in by the double-sided wood-burning fireplace shared between the bedroom and living area. Wood floors, dual shower heads in the master bath, and whole-house generator add to the comfort and convenience.

After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for a movie night on one of the Smart TVs with Samsung TV Plus. Guests can access their favorite streaming services using personal log-ins (no cable service provided).

Great Location, Great Home

Location was perfect- quiet backyard pool space and a short walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub area was spacious with plenty of outdoor space to lounge and relax. About 20 min to all things in St. Augustine. It was nice to be out of the businesses of the city and relax by the pool or go sit on the beach.

We totally enjoyed ourselves. Property as advertised. I’d really give a 4.8 because of minor quibbles…more toilet paper (I view a property as a fancy hotel) and problems with outdoor speakers. Marilyn is very accommodating. Easy check out.

Christmas at the beach.

We were a block from the beach so we could walk. I myself shoes the big warm sofa though. It was about 55 degrees but it was late December. We went to downtown St. Augustine & made a trip to Jacksonville. There were lots of dinner choices nearby if you like seafood & a Publix nearby. The pool was awesome and kept the kids happy! All went well.

Worth it!

The pictures of the home are on point. Very cozy home with beautiful amenities. The only thing is visiting in March the weather was a little cooler than we hoped and breezy. Although the pool is in direct sunlight it doesn’t get warm enough to swim when it’s in the 70s. Hot tub was lovely. Which we utilized daily. Very close to beach and all shopping. I would definitely return! Just is very responsive and prompt. Also very close to St George Street and the town is quaint and quiet. Thanks again!!!!!

Great Stay

The listing matched the description perfectly. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the short, easy walk to the beach.A heads-up for weekend dining: if you’re planning to eat at Aunt Kate’s, Cap’s, or The Reef (all highly recommended), be sure to make reservations ahead of time—they fill up fast!The house offered plenty of space, and we never felt cramped. Just note that the master bedroom is upstairs. On the plus side, it features a roomy bathroom and a lovely screened-in porch with a hammock—perfect for unwinding. On the flip side, it is upstairs… so be ready for a bit of stair climbing (consider it vacation cardio ).One last tip: for a great 4th of July view, head to the Vilano Beach Pier—it’s a straight shot from the house and a perfect spot to watch the fireworks.We truly loved our stay and would definitely return!
