Cute, clean & completely renovated 1930's cottage lovingly named Windswept by its original owners offers its guests the most amazing sunsets. This waterfront cottage is located in the quaint town of Alton Bay and offers an open concept main floor with 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms and another 3/4 bath on the second floor. Outside you will find a large lakefront deck with outdoor furniture, a bbq grille, fire pit and stairs down to the water and a large sun platform right on waters edge with sun loungers to sit and relax and private dock for your exclusive use- so bring the boat! Here is your chance to relax and get away. Host is a licensed NH Realtor.
If you are bringing a boat - please let us know the size and type to make sure dock/parking can accommodate. Please do not bring trailer up road- please email for trailer parking info.
Please note this property is No pets - No smoking- No fireworks- No parties - No overnight guests over 6. Any guests found to spend the night over 6 will be charged $100 per guest and if a pet found will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. In all cases guests will be asked to leave immediately.

SITUATED OFF OF ROUTE 11D ON ONE OF THE SMALL PRIVATE ROADS, WINDSWEPT COTTAGE IS THE SECOND TO LAST HOME ON A DEAD END STREET OFFERING A PRETTY QUIET SPOT - OVERLOOKING LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE GIVES YOU AN AMAZING VANTAGE POINT OF 'THE BIG LAKE' ALL WHILE BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. MINUTES TO ALTON BAY AND RIGHT DOWN THE STREET LITERALLY TO MOUNT MAJOR AND WITHIN 15 MINUTES TO WOLFEBORO, GUNSTOCK AND MEADOWBROOK - CANNOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT.

THIS HOME HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED SO WHILE WE HAVE MADE IT VERY WELCOMING, COZY, CLEAN IT ALSO HAS A MODERN KITCHEN - FULL HEATING SYSTEM AND CENTRAL AIR. BASIC LOCAL TV AND INTERNET HAVE BEEN ADDED SO YOU HAVE - BUT TRY TO DISCONNECT A LITTLE AND ENJOY THE PEACE THAT WINDSWEPT COTTAGE OFFERS. WE HOPE YOU LOVE IT AS MUCH AS THE ORIGINAL FAMILY, OUR FAMILY AND OUR GUESTS HAVE.
