Place is nice, but communication is not there.
Check in was at 4, never received check in instructions. I had to call well after 4pm to get them. Got to the rental, the code they gave for the garage door would not work. Had to call again and was treated like I'm incompetent. Sent me a video that showed how to punch in a garage code to get it to open. Still didn’t open. The code actually never worked, we had to go around back each time and open the door from the inside. Didn’t give us wash clothes, had no bathmats, the batteries in the tv remotes were missing. Management did call me and I was able to get wash clothes and batteries. I did ask for a late check out, they messaged me back saying they could do 11am when check out was originally 11am. They did extend it 1 hour. I told them we can start the towels and get those done, however the dryer didn’t work. There was a cockroach in the dishwasher. I asked for someone to call me before I left a review and never heard from anybody. For 3 nights and the amount of money we paid with the problems we ran into and poor communication was not really worth it.
It’s a nice place and convenient location.
Don’t bring large vehicles as the garage is very tight.
