This renovated and cozy 1st floor apartment with additional cottage space is in a historic home which was originally a barn. In the early 1900's, this barn was dragged by mules from the upper end of town and then converted into two townhouses. This is a charming location and surprisingly quiet, right in the heart of Doylestown.

Why they chose this property
This was my First Home and Doylestown that my husband and I purchased in 1988. Is right in the heart of Doylestown very close to where I grew up. The neighborhood is lovely. The neighbors are so kind and you’re close to everything - the train station, the theater, restaurants, and cafés.
What makes this property unique
This property used to be a barn and was located in a different area of Doylestown. It was moved by mules in the early 1900s and converted to two townhomes. I am an artist and I enjoy renovating spaces. I wanted to make the space cozy and comfortable with character, the way I would want my space to be.
