Welcome to “The Mint Cottage” our peaceful home on a large, quiet, treed, lot in a safe and friendly neighborhood! We`re happy to share it with you.

This two-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage is just right for a couple or a small family looking for a comfortable retreat. Our home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and you will have an effortless check in/out.

Located just 3 minutes to Wake Forest University (walking distance) and convenient to the Innovation Quarter, Industry Hill, and the rest of Downtown Winston-Salem. 13 minute drive to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Our space: Enjoy the home, including a fully stocked kitchen, sun-filled grand room with a large dining table and lounging area by wood-burning stove, living room, two bedrooms each with a queen bed and closet, 1.5 bathrooms, and deck.

Washer and dryer in unit, as well as a fold-out twin sized bed. Dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, desk, and chair. The living room has a Smart TV; please use your own login for streaming apps. There is a private circular driveway that can fit up to three cars as well as street parking if needed.

Relax on the back deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail overlooking a large fenced-in backyard. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee.

Other things to note:
For smokers: You are welcome to smoke outdoors on the deck. Please do not smoke INSIDE of our cottage. This includes vaping, cigarettes, and marijuana.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
No smoking of ANY kind in our home! $500 Fine for breaking this rule!
No large gatherings without owners permission.
