The location of this property is in a nice residential part of town and the house itself is charming. We were able to come and go with ease. Wifi connectivity was super quick and easy and having two full bathrooms was nice.

Hermes was a great host and extremely communicative, we had a great stay in Winston Salem for the weekend! The neighborhood was safe and great for walking. We spent a lot of time downtown because it was so convenient to good restaurants in downtown. Overall the VRBO was the perfect spot for 3 of us adults and baby. It was really clean upon arrival and set up for us, the front porch was great spot for sitting in the afternoon.

I am sorry to hear that you did not find the unit clean initially. I inspected it myself prior to your arrival and felt that the cleaner did a very good job. Nevertheless, as you may recall, I had the cleaner go back out and do another full clean immediately after your check-in, free of charge. I strive to give every guest a 5 star experience. This property is listed on another platform and has 25 reviews, all of which are 5 out of 5 stars. Again, I apologize that it was not up to your standards.

We truly enjoyed this property! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was a pleasant surprise that the home was better in person than in pictures and that’s rarely the case. The bed in the master was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and it sure made it hard to get up in the morning! If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here again!
