For our stay 10 days we didn’t have any pots to cook. Floor was not cleaned, sand all over, rug in living room was dirty. No kitchen towel, no paper towels. The price was high, Marriott hotel was much cheaper and service was better. For price that we pay we didn’t get much service.

I don't usually respond to reviews, but since this one is our first review on this property, I feel I must. Valentina didn't ask a single question or make a single request during her stay, so I'm not sure what kind of service she was looking for. I would have been happy to help. I checked– we have two saucepans and two frying pans, all with lids, we do have a kitchen towel. The kitchen is fully equipped. I'm not sure if my cleaner missed some spots, or failed to leave paper products for Valentina, but I have addressed it with her. For reference, this same property has 4.92 on the other big site.
