The Space:

Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. This wonderful vacation destination is conveniently located to wonderful local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Very nice unit

The unit was very nice and comfortable. Two bedrooms with very comfortable king beds and roomy bathrooms, a third alcove area with two bunks and a powder room. The complex has a beautiful pool area and seems to be very kid-friendly in a safe and convenient location.

Quiet condo especially for a family resort. Most families had children from babies to teens but when we were in our condo it was very peaceful. Was right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Staff was efficient and friendly. Pool areas and lazy river were spotlessly clean. Will stay again!

Resort amenities are great. Can’t ask for anything more! Pool area was super nice and very clean. Beach service was spot on. Definitely a plus having 2 chairs. The location of resort was a little iffy but plenty of parking and not a far drive from Destin restaurant. Room was very spacious and clean. The view from balcony is not of the ocean.

The room was very spacious and clean. Awesome view of the fireworks from the harbor. Only issue was the microwave was missing the turntable and cleaning crew did not vacuum under the sofa. We found food and chips all under the sofa.

This is the best vacation rental property that we ever stayed in. We felt like home. The property was very clean. The appliances, specially Washer and Dryers were excellent. Since we had kids with us, there were loads of laundry. There were more than enough kitchen utensils to cook food. Kids liked the hot tub downstairs, since it was chilly during Christmas time. If we ever visit Destin or nearby areas, this will be our first choice.

Red chairs

The condo was great overall, although the red chairs either need to be shampooed or replaced. They had a horrible smell and the arms were very dirty.

The Best Time

We had a great time! Condo was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool area was amazing. We loves that it was so big which kept it from being crowded. Loved how chairs and an umbrella were included at the beach. Also loved the fireworks on Wednesday night! Hope to come back!! The tv in the master bedroom didn't work. That didn't bother us, but just to make the owner aware.
