Located on a hilltop, the 62,000 square foot wooded lot of 22 Lào offers maximum privacy. The absence of visible neighbors leaves plenty of room for nature, allowing you to feel completely isolated, but only 5 minutes from downtown Baie-St-Paul!

As soon as you enter the Lào, you are struck by the beauty of this modern decor which, thanks to its large windows, leaves plenty of room for the view.

The ground floor has a large open area that includes the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen.

All rooms on this floor have a view!

You will like to come back from your day outdoors and find yourself around the islet to have a good hot chocolate or even an aperitif!

The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking and it also offers a large pantry that looks like a Butler's pantry.

The master suite - and its office space - is on this floor.

You will also find a large terrace for your meals outside and a lounge area to admire the view in peace.

There is also a complete bathroom.

The garden level offers a family room which includes a pool table and a mini fridge to store your refreshments, three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

This is where you can easily access the spa and the garden.

Please note that the slopes at the edge of the field can be steep.
