About the host
Hosted by Sam Scogin
I live year round about an hour away, but my family and I come up every chance we can. We love XC skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and just being outside.
Why they chose this property
It's a little slice of heaven - not too far from the necessities, but if you don't want to see a soul you won't. We also love the orchards and all the wildlife.
What makes this property unique
Some of the apple trees on the property are over fifty years old. In addition to the orchard, you will have almost complete privacy on the property. When a car goes by on the road (which happens maybe once an hour), you can hear it, but you won't see anyone while on the property.
