Not a Vacation Location

The property is located in a densely populated lower-income neighborhood. While the neighbors were mostly very nice, the parking was ridiculous. The property is basically an apartment in a house with at least 4 other regular tenants. The property was poorly furnished. We had to bring in chairs from the porch to sit in the living room. Sitting on the porch was not possible due to neighbors that were not pleasant. The only positive was that the property was clean.
