Ideal for families and friends, the space offers a warm, home-away-from-home atmosphere with spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers added privacy, set slightly back toward the middle of the property. Very nice, extremely clean and cozy apartment near downtown Springfield. Very comfortable beds and updated bath. Just what we needed for a relaxing weekend conference/get away. We felt right at home in this 1 story walk up .

Love the location of the rental - close to a lot of things to do & pet friendly rental is always a plus! If you are rural people like us the noise can be a little much but that is nothing the host has control over! Apartment was extremely clean & was perfect for our stay. The hot water seemed to run out in the bathroom rather quickly but doesn’t warrant anything less than five star rating!Would definitely return to this location if we chose to visit the area again.

Great stay!

We loved staying in this apartment. The check-in instructions were clear, and the location was very convenient. The apartment is a great size, and accommodated 6 of us comfortably. It is close to Six Flags and local restaurants. The beds are also very comfortable! We thought the unit felt very modern and clean, and we will be staying here again!

Great place in Springfield to stay when visiting family

Great place - close to downtown area. Spacious and clean with comfortable seating, sofas and queen size beds. Modern kitchen and brand new appliances. Nice sunny dinning room and living room spaces with smart TVs in everyroom. It was a comfortable place to host family for meals, lots of laughter and game nights. Host was amazing and very responsive. We would definitely stay here whenever visiting home town.

Loved our stay here when we came to see family and to go to Six Flags. Cleaner and fancier than my own home and well equipped and comfy. It is a city so depending on your travel experience, the neighborh is a little loud and unkept. Well worth it though. Off-street parking and super nice owners on site. We will stay here again for sure!!

Family weekend at Amhearst

We picked this Vrbo, 1. Because the online description was immaculate. 2. Closeness to Amhearst college and 3. Space. The check in process was very easy. When we arrived we were so amazed at the cleanliness of the apartment. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking usage.

Adorable apartment in Springfield

We really enjoyed our 4 days, 3 night stay at this adorable apartment. It was very clean and well put together. Communication was great with the owner. Pros: open floor plan, shower head and convenient to a lot of things. Cons: the stairs of you’re unable to walk up stairs. There’s no elevator.

Not Pet Friendly Property or Friendly Host

This was a rough stay. The host was extremely rude about our dogs barking for the few hours we weren’t at the house. The host was also constantly watching the ring camera to know when we were in or out of the house which was very off putting. The area the house is in is also extremely unsafe. The last morning we were there we got up to 8 cop cars and 2 ambulances only 4 houses down from us with the cops guns drawn. It was very nerve wracking. We did not feel welcome in any sense. Make sure you or your pets to not make any noise if you do stay here. The place inside was nice and well kept but overall would not recommend.

I have to agree with the guest, it was a rough stay from the beginning. This client made a reservation for 5 adults and 1 DOG. I am Pet friendly, having 2 dogs on my own. I never had a single problem with any of my reservation with pets until this one. The rule is 2 pets limit and maximum 50 pounds . They arrive with 3 dogs. One small and 2 big dogs. From there they already disrespect the house rules. For the first day they left the dogs for hours alone in the apartment, they started to bark as soon as they left and stoped only when they arrive. Barking constantly for hours. I texted her close to 11PM. asking if they were in their way back, because the dogs were barking since they left. They arrived short after and everything was ok. Next day Saturday same happened, they left, dogs started barking non stop, my guest on the 3rd floor complained about it and when I texted her again her response was " it is out of my control if they bark while I am gone " . They arrived after 11PM, I have a quiet hours rule from 11 PM - 7 AM. Not respecting the house rules again. At the end I went to clean after they check out, their dogs pee and poop all over the kitchen and dinning room floors. They pee in my plants , I found big pee puddles under the table, under my plant vases, in the corner of sofa, near kitchen island... my place was smelling dog pee and the floors were very very very dirty. When I asked her to pay extra cleaning fee, she question me how I end up with 150 extra fee for small pee marks. As it was fine for the dogs pee in my floors. Yes, I sent her pictures of all and she said it was 4 small marks. Very disappointed with such a disrespect. The area is safe, not a rich neighborhood but modest and respectfull people, nothing ever happened here. We have driveway for 2 cars and plenty of street parking and I do have a front door ring camera and also a camera in the driveway for our safety. We have only good reviews. We always treat with respect our guests and do our best to everyone have a good stay. We just ask to our guests to treat our place with the same respect.

Nice place

Overall nice home, very clean and everything needed was available. The thermostat wasn’t working, or something we kept turning the air on and it never felt like it kicked on. It was later in the evening so we did not contact the host. We opened windows and that helped. Also, the laundry is shared with another apartment, so it’s not a guarantee you’ll be able to use it. Overall, beautiful home & was perfect for me and my fam.

Fun area to be in for 4th of July stay

The place itself is nice; cozy and comfortable, yet luxurious. Very clean, checking in was simple, very comfy mattresses and bedding. I dont have anything negative to say about the host, apartment, or check in. Only thing that may or may not matter to some people is the mild "rowdiness" due to the somewhat urban location. Again, we were here for the 4th of July so commotion is expected, of course, and most of it was super fun and added to the experience. So, my only negative comment would be about the person in the red toyota cursing at my spouse and I, who were minding our business and just trying to enjoy the fireworks in the area. They screamed "get out of my house *****" twice to us. I wouldnt include this if they were not affiliated with the rental home or the hosts in some way. If you're used to a quiet, low key neighborhood like us, I figured I would just help others be aware.

Spectacular apartment

I may have overlooked the fact it was a second floor apartment when I booked and I was very concerned about that because my dogs do not handle stairs well. Before checking in I was very nervous about that. Well they handled the stairs very well. It was very easy for us to access the home and parking was great. We can’t say enough about this beautiful space. It was so clean, bright and impeccably decorated. It truly felt like home. Everything that we could possibly want or need was available for us. Each room was spacious and inviting. They were so kind to allow our unusually large dogs to stay and we were so appreciative of that. We would definitely stay there again if we and the dogs were welcome.We would also recommend this place too
