Welcome to our historic home built in 1871. Mattoon St is the only street in western MA that is tree lined with historic Victorian townhouses and is part of the Quadrangle Mattoon St Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. We have made every effort to conserve the beauty and originality of our property without compromising comfort and efficiency. You will find original moldings, pocket-doors, functional fireplaces, high ceilings, wood banisters, spiral staircasing, interior brick walls and much more.

Our home is conveniently located within walking distance to most of the downtown attractions including but not limited to the: Dr. Seuss museum, Basketball Hall of Fame, MGM Casino, Regal Cinema, Amtrak Train Station, Smokey's Joe's Cigar Lounge and a growing dining district.
