This place was perfect for a romantic weekend in Sonoma. The kitchen had everything we needed and motte—we cooked one night and went to Farmhouse another night. Conveniently located to swimming, hiking, wine tasting and shopping. The property was quiet, private and very comfortable for the two of us. I would return!
Very comfortable…
Very clean
We really enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back very soon !
The host left us a beautiful bottle of wine that I thought was so nice !
Our flight in the way out got cancelled. Charlotte was so sweet and offered to let us stay an extra day in the end. Loved to way she used the most of the space. Loved the decor.
This cozy cottage was incredible. It gave my wife and I such relaxing vibes. We had everything we needed and then some. Everything was clean and it had to be the most comfy bed on this planet. The TVs were awesome and they spared no expense. The outdoor area was neat although we didn’t stay long enough to really get to enjoy that feature. Shower was resort style with great pressure. Plenty of space for a 1 bedroom house. We will be staying here again.
The location of the cottage in Boyes Hot Springs was really good for visiting Napa first, then driving over and visiting Sonoma the next day. The cottage was very clean, and has all the amenities list. It warmed up quickly found some excellent Mexican restaurants in the immediate area, within in walking distance. It was very quite and relaxing. We really enjoyed the area as it was close to several wineries we had never visited. The only recommendation I would make is try to arrive to the cottage during daylight and it will make it easier to locate. We look forward to reserving this great place again.

The good: the property was clean w nice kitchen and small living room w couch, table and TV. The bad: it was extremely difficult to find, esp at night. The house number is on the fence which you can not see from the street w the other cottages truck parked in front of it. The street numbering is also done in a weird way. We found the bedroom very tight, especially for the person on the L side of the bed. The bathroom was okay but small and could only accommodate one person at a time. The property was within 2 miles of the Sonoma Sq, which was nice. Next time I’d stay somewhere else!
Great quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to tons of great food

Cottage and grounds were not ready to rent.
We booked this listing for 2 wks, months prior to the dates, to spend time with family close to Sonoma. The cottage was not clean and there were other peoples belongings including clothes in the drawers. The outside deck, patio and chairs were covered with cobwebs and leaves. Took me 1/2 a day to clean up. Hard to get hold of the host initially, apparently there was a family issue going on. The location was perfect for us. Close to Sonoma and family. However, being under the oak trees, we battled ants and webs. To the Hosts credit, after our request to talk with her she came by and listened to our concerns with cleaning and other peoples stuff. She also brought by new patio cushions and repotted the outside plants. Kitchen was stocked well, microwave was broken, needed to be replaced. For the price, we will look for something else next time.
The place was super convenient for our trip to wine country. Close to plenty of good places. The cottage is pretty nice overall, could just use some renovation and maintenance. The toilet was not sturdily attached to the floor during our visit. A shower curtain is not really the right thing to use for that shower and so the curtain was in pretty rough shaped. Both the bathroom and the laundry room smelled like there was old water damage that was never fully fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect for what we needed.

Barely acceptable
Lock box very difficult to get into. 5-10 minutes of trying before able to force the cover off. Instructions said to leave the key in the lockbox whenever leaving the house. No way. Just as difficult to get the key back into the box when we vacated. 5 different remotes for the TV, none of which worked. Finally got TV turned on but unable to make it do ANYTHING, and couldn’t get it turned off. Owner responded to complaint, said she didn’t know how the TV worked and couldn’t come by as she was leaving town for 10 days. Was finally able to UNPLUG the tv, so we could sleep. The sheets were made of super scratchy fabric. No sleep for either of us the first night—like sleeping on sandpaper. The second night we slept on top of the quilt.
Charlotte was very helpful making sure we were comfortable. The water heater gave out, but within a day, she had plumbers installing a new one, and even quicker she got us a convenient place to shower. Also, the location couldn’t be better for a Sonoma visit.
This charming cabin was the perfect choice for our stay. We loved that it was immaculately clean and blissfully quiet. Our dog loved sniffing around the lovely, secured yard. This comfy cabins location was central to all the day trips we'd planned and the welcoming bottle of wine was a sweet suprise! 5 Stars!
Came for a romantic getaway and wine-touring.
The place is very cozy, but had all the elements we needed! Bed was very comfortable, linens lovely (we’re fussy), kitchen well-equipped, bathroom with a great shower, and comfortable couch with great big TV for winding down at night.
The place was a very quick walk to a convenience store and wood fired pizza place, mexican gelato place and bakery. We walked the 2 miles into the heart of Sonoma easily (mostly bike path). Ubers were easy home, Parking was right outside.
It doesn’t look luxurious on the outside but it was perfect! Highly recommend!
Although the little house is small it is very well appointed with many touches added to make it pleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped and the neighborhood has walkable choices for takeout meals. So close to everything in Sonoma!
Wonderful location - everything from wine country to north coast
Cute and cozy, this well-appointed cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway! We loved that we could bring our dog, and found great canine friendly patios and wine venues close by. Charlotte has clearly put a lot of thought in making sure everything you need is right there... Highly recommend!

Just a few details missing
Cute renovated cottage. Air conditioning does not reach the bedroom, and there is no screen on the window in the bedroom, so no ventilation. I ended up on the couch. Not such a big deal when it’s cooler out, but still.
House is on a tilt, so doors don’t stay open or closed.
Really nice, cute kitchen. Owner did great with such a small space. Flowers and wine were a nice touch.
I wish the patio furniture were cleaned, would have been great to enjoy wine in that cute space too, but was covered in webs and ants.
Ants in the house too…
Overall 3 star. I don’t think I’d stay there again.
