After sun-soaked days, take a short stroll to downtown Meredith for ice cream, shopping, a movie, or waterfront dining.

Inside, enjoy a classic lakeside vibe with knotty pine walls, a snug galley kitchen, open living room, small bathroom, and bedroom—just the right size for you to unwind, play games, and end the night with s’mores around the fire.

Walking distance to all shops and restaurants and the Town Docks. Many things to do around the lakes region.

This cottage does not have a washer/dryer but there is a 24 hour self service laundry matt in the BigLots shopping plaza about 1 mile away.

We love the Lakes Region and what it has to offer individual, couples and families. This property allows you to explore all that Meredith an beyond has to offer. We are also 2 doors down from Church Landing, staying in the Cottage is a great way to attend a wedding and enjoy the area.

Why they chose this property

Centrally in Meredith. Town Docks are a short .25 mile walk. We are in the heart of Meredith and directly on the lake.

What makes this property unique

This property is on a private dead end road. You must drive through Church Landings parking lot to get to our location. What an entrance.! It's beautiful.
