Beautifully furnished 2 BR townhome with newly renovated kitchen overlooking Paugus Bay in Laconia… close to everything the NH Lakes Region has to offer. With 2 queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms, and an additional office space with a futon, this cozy retreat has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great location for adventures on the lakes, on the hiking trails, on the ski slopes, concerts at Bank of NH pavilion or just exploring the area. Enjoy an amazing sunset with your favorite beverage on the balcony after a fun day out and about. Proximity to area attractions:
- 3 miles to Weirs Beach
- 4 miles to Bank of NH pavilion
- 7 miles to Meredith Town Docks
- 8 miles to Gunstock ski area and Belknap Range hiking
- 10 miles to Tilton Outlets
