The property was very clean and all accomodations were provided. Christine worked with me on a last minute trip to stay near some friends who were visiting from out of town and had great communication anytime I had questions. If you're looking for a nice quiet place and friendly people, you won't be disappointed! The fishing and shrimping are an added bonus
The sea trout cabin is perfect for a quiet fishing getaway! Staff and neighbors are very friendly! Cabin is very clean and stocked with basic necessities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Clean, comfy property with breathtaking waterfront views. Room felt bigger than photos and the beds were so comfortable! Perfect for fishing enthusiasts - my son loved it! Can't wait to return!
For my family reunion each year, my wife and I have stayed in Edgewater or New Smyrna. This year we wanted to try something different. Being right on the river was interesting and enjoyable. We will be staying here for future reunions.
Clean room nice place. Dock 20’ out your back door. Boat ramp is a bit steep, scraped my center rail on our 24’ trailer. Nothing major. Will definitely stay here again
Second visit and it won’t be the last! Room was clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the views from the deck. I woke up extra early to catch up on emails, sat on deck, watched a beautiful sunrise and had the chance to meet all of our friendly neighbors as they prepped to head out fishing. Our little guy caught 17 fish through the weekend steps away from our room. He was in heaven! We love staying here!
Cottage was a little small for our family but that is on me! Location is beautiful!! We enjoyed our stay and kayaking around the lagoon. Lots of fish jumping and beautiful sunsets! Overall the cottage was clean and tidy, some pet hair around and on the couch pillows. We did have some ants when a single size apple sauce container was left in sink. We really enjoyed our views and coming back to the cottage for much needed rest! Hosts were great!
Wife and I wanted to boat, fish, and explore the Indian river. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Size, price, and cleanliness was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking to be pampered at a five star resort, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a nice place with a dock for your small boat, it’s fantastic. Got to see a night launch from the cape. Bioluminescence was amazing. Boated and fished to our hearts content. Then when we were exhausted we had a nice clean comfy place to rest, relax and refuel.

The spot itself was beautiful. The room was clean . No one communicated with us or returned messages or phone calls. We kinda had to wing it got there just as the person who runs the place was heading to a concert has no idea we where coming had we showed up 15 minutes later we would never have been able to get in ou our room. Nothing in room worked at all tried to get a toaster replaced never happened and tv is behind your head when want to watch you have to lay with your feet on the pillow . No one I mean no one knows what is going on here. We left a day early

I was unaware of your arrival as I was in hospital for stroke.I am the owner. I apologize for any issues you may have incurred. You do receive multiple emails with the welcome kit including address, keycode, wifi name/password. Our rooms get NEW pots and pans, small appliances and bedding every 6 months I can show you receipts. I apologize for your experience this never happens with my fish camp cabins.
