Even with being in a busy area of town, this space was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped so it was easy to cook. It was super easy to get to transit options, so it's a great spot to stay.The only thing I would note was that the info on the listing vs communication was a little confusing. We reached out a couple times after booking to ask some questions but didn't get a response until right before our trip. The week of and during our stay, Alp was very helpful & responsive though! He provided great recommendations and checked in how things were going.

Spacious, clean and perfectly located!

This location was perfect. It allowed us to walk or take the metro or tram anywhere. Plus the elevator made it easy to access the top floor apartment. It was nice to have the option to sit outside on one of the three balconies. The hosts were so kind to have stocked the apartment with all the basics one would need, plus they had state of the art appliances. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

We had 6 adults staying at this property and it was very comfortable. You can't get a better location. Its a short walk to the subway and there are plenty of sites nearby. I had trouble connecting with the owner the day of the rental to see if we could check in early but after that communication was great. The host was very generous and accomodating to our needs. I would highly reccomend staying here!

We were met at the airport and brought to the apartment and immediately given the full explanation of everything even though this was hours before standard check in Location is spectacular just 2 buildings down from the Musikverein great when you are getting there but fabulous when you are leaving and not needing to be involved in the taxi madhouse Apartment is large and well laid out We walked everywhere

Perfect vacation stay

Five of us, two couples and a teenager, spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment. We found the apartment to be in a perfect location as it’s walking distance from not only the historic center, but also many museums, restaurants, the night market and other sights. The apartment itself was super comfortable with great beds and plenty of room for all of us to sit down to eat together and relax in the living room. It had everything we needed including plenty of dishes, glasses, towels, and toiletries. When we arrived, we were met by a kind woman who walked us through the apartment, showed us where everything was, and was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again!I

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my group of 5 friends. The host was fantastic and so helpful with recommendations. It was exactly as described and felt like home! Truly Excellent Stay

Our stay in this flat was for the Austrian Officer's Ball, the location was close enough to walk to the Hofburg as well as almost anywhere within the ring. The Karlsplatz U Bahn stop immediately outside meant we could travel further with ease. Our host met us at the property and toured us around the entire flat, making sure we knew where everything was and remained in close communication every day of our trip, just to make sure we were still doing well. He was amazing! We loved our time here, and will certainly book again if we come back!

Great spot

Fantastic stay in heart of Vienna, very close to major sites. Property as listed, clean and provided our family with everything that was needed. Arrival information only given on day of arrival so was slightly concerned hadn’t heard anything. However during our stay, communication with property manager was excellent . We would thoroughly recommend this property as a fantastic place to stay if visiting Vienna.

Perfect place in Vienna

The apartment was perfect - spacious, light and airy, and well-equipped. Thanks to our host for his warm welcome, the generous provisions we found on arrival, and transportation to the airport when we left. The location is unbeatable, close to public transport but an easy walk to all Vienna's highlights. Can't wait to go back!

Magical time in Vienna!

This was the perfect apartment for our family of 5! The location is excellent, a short walk from all the main attractions and very close to a major transportation hub. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor terrace space and the air condition was strong and welcomed in the August heat! You won't regret booking this apartment. We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Vienna.

We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Holding and Constructions.

Why they chose this property

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.
