Perfect place in Vienna

The apartment was perfect - spacious, light and airy, and well-equipped. Thanks to our host for his warm welcome, the generous provisions we found on arrival, and transportation to the airport when we left. The location is unbeatable, close to public transport but an easy walk to all Vienna's highlights. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful apartment close to public transit

My family and I had a lovely time as staying at this apartment. It was the perfect size for 5 adults. It was thoughtfully decorated and matched the description in the listing. One of the best parts was being across the street from multiple transit lines. It was an excellent starting point for exploring Vienna. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Fantastic apartment in perfect location

We could not have been more pleased with our one-month stay in this apartment. The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more and the location was central and in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, cultural sights and transportation. The host/staff/cleaning crew were all incredibly responsive and took care of any requests in a professional and timely manner. During our month in Vienna we had anywhere from 2 to 7 people staying at the apartment and we found it extremely comfortable even when full to capacity. The kitchen was fully stocked with a nice quantity of dishes/glasses/barware/cutlery as well as a variety of cookware, allowing us to easily prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. All in all, we had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment.

Spacious, clean and perfectly located!

This location was perfect. It allowed us to walk or take the metro or tram anywhere. Plus the elevator made it easy to access the top floor apartment. It was nice to have the option to sit outside on one of the three balconies. The hosts were so kind to have stocked the apartment with all the basics one would need, plus they had state of the art appliances. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect vacation stay

Five of us, two couples and a teenager, spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment. We found the apartment to be in a perfect location as it’s walking distance from not only the historic center, but also many museums, restaurants, the night market and other sights. The apartment itself was super comfortable with great beds and plenty of room for all of us to sit down to eat together and relax in the living room. It had everything we needed including plenty of dishes, glasses, towels, and toiletries. When we arrived, we were met by a kind woman who walked us through the apartment, showed us where everything was, and was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again!I

Great Place to Stay

We had 6 adults staying at this property and it was very comfortable. You can't get a better location. Its a short walk to the subway and there are plenty of sites nearby. I had trouble connecting with the owner the day of the rental to see if we could check in early but after that communication was great. The host was very generous and accomodating to our needs. I would highly reccomend staying here!

Great location. Not friendly to people with mobility issues, tall and big people might get issues

We stayed for 4 nights with a group of friends. The apartment itself is located in the city center and it’s close to everything. It’s has a good size kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms - technically 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 bathroom without toilet. Bedrooms were reasonable size. Their duvets were small. I’m size 6, 5’2 tall, and I barely fit under the duvet. I think taller people, or people of bigger size will struggle. It was cold outside, so I had to add my coat on top of the duvet. All on property management was hospitable until check-out. We did what we supposed to be a reasonable tidying up - push things into a dishwasher, garbage into garbage. We didn’t break anything, didn’t spill anything. However, afterwards the property manager scolded us for basically not doing the professional level cleaning of the apartment, and texted that he was “saddened”. Nothing about cleaning was in the rental agreement btw, and we assumed that at this price they will be able to pay someone to do that.Also, anyone with mobility issues will have a hard time getting in the building. There is a steep staircase leading to the elevator. It’s not property management’s fault. I’m just giving a fair warning here.All in we had a great time. I think it’s worth for them to add a cleaning fee to avoid stressing clients out. Also they don’t have a dryer, which is typical for Europe, it’s a heads up to Americans.

We were met at the airport and brought to the apartment and immediately given the full explanation of everything even though this was hours before standard check in Location is spectacular just 2 buildings down from the Musikverein great when you are getting there but fabulous when you are leaving and not needing to be involved in the taxi madhouse Apartment is large and well laid out We walked everywhere

Truly Excellent Stay

Our stay in this flat was for the Austrian Officer's Ball, the location was close enough to walk to the Hofburg as well as almost anywhere within the ring. The Karlsplatz U Bahn stop immediately outside meant we could travel further with ease. Our host met us at the property and toured us around the entire flat, making sure we knew where everything was and remained in close communication every day of our trip, just to make sure we were still doing well. He was amazing! We loved our time here, and will certainly book again if we come back!

Fantastic stay in heart of Vienna, very close to major sites. Property as listed, clean and provided our family with everything that was needed. Arrival information only given on day of arrival so was slightly concerned hadn’t heard anything. However during our stay, communication with property manager was excellent . We would thoroughly recommend this property as a fantastic place to stay if visiting Vienna.

We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Holding and Constructions.

Why they chose this property

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.
