Walk or bike - or better yet - rent a golf cart to tool around the neighborhood. The complex includes a community swimming pool (Mid May-Beginning of October), tennis courts, and walking paths leading to sound water access and The Wright Memorial.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom third (top) floor end unit, so there is no noise from neighbors above.

However, there are three flights of stairs to climb, and the building does NOT have an elevator.

Also, please note that the loft bedroom is a loft - the walls are partial and overlook the living area and, therefore, may not be suitable sleeping arrangements for younger children and may not afford privacy complete for groups of adults traveling together

Both the half bath and the full bath are located downstairs, and the only full bath is en-suite of the master bedroom.

PET OWNERS _ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Guests wanting to bring pets (DOGS ONLY) must get advance approval and pay the pet fee. 2 Dogs Maximum!! (Fee is automatically added when including them in your guest count.)

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and out. If you have a shedder, please bring pet blankets if your dog sits on furniture and clean up any excess hair left before departure.

Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the unit and be friendly, well socialized, 100% house trained, and not left uncrated in the unit for extended periods.

*We provide the first roll of toiet paper in each bathrooom and the first roll of paper towels, but futher paper product needs are the guests' responsibility.
