Private one acre with lush landscaping and brick surround heated pool
Centrally located in Bridgehampton and near ocean beaches, bay beach, Sag Harbor, many other amenities

Completely furnished by owner/designer. Also with three zone sonos system.

NOTE!!!!
Available as follows:
Winter rental September 9, 2024 to April 2025 $6500/ month plus all utilities.

Some utilities may be extra for all rental periods. NOTE: Propane for heating pool not included and charged as used. Pets must be pre-approved and PET DEPOSIT NEEDED
