Escape NYC! Enjoy lazy days outdoors or indoors with easy central heat, full kitchen with modern appliances, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer and outdoor bonfire. Perfect for families. No steps inside the house!
Quiet village street, hedge-protected privacy, fenced in back yard, convenience and a great experience.
Southampton Village is the oldest English settlement in the State of New York. It boasts phenomenal beaches, dining, shopping and wildlife, and you can walk to all from our house. Yes to pets and kids!

We love European-style bedding and hope you do too! All blankets are duvets and are enclosed in duvet covers that we thoroughly wash between each visit. As a result, all the surfaces you touch in the bed are clean and you do not have to ever touch a comforter that could have been used by someone else like you would in many hotels. That also means that you do not need a flat sheet -- we hope you find that the duvet cover is a more comfortable and practical solution!

A small group of friends & I had a great time visiting this property! Located walking distance from the village of Southhampton, this is the perfect getaway for any time of year. The house was tidy and had ample room for all of us to stay comfortably.

Jewel in Southampton

We found this little jewel with the best location in Southampton. Even though we only stayed one night and booked it at the very last minute on Memorial Day weekend, the gods were in our favor. Irene’s communication was on point. Everything from booking to arriving and leaving the property was flawless. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing English Cottage

We had a very relaxing stay at Irene's English Cottage in Southampton. The house had all of the amenities, comfortable beds, beach towels, a big kitchen with a large dining room table, air conditioning, a beautiful pool in the backyard. We were able to walk home after having dinner in town back to the house. Irene has also beautifully designed the interior of the home. Thank you, Irene!

Beware

This was our first bad experience renting a home. The renter was communicative with us before our visit and claimed to have been in the house and pool right before we were set to arrive but when we did, we found a pool that was so full of scum that it looked like a pond. There is simply no way this could have happened over night. From that point on it was like we were communicating with a bot. All in all, they said they would refund our money but we had to leave immediately. Which we did. And they did very promptly refund us. What a bizarre experience. (Sidenote - if you or your family is queasy about spiders along the ceilings, this house is not for you)
