Take in sunrise and sunset over the water in this newly-renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom lake home. Windows wrap around the house to provide a 180-degree water view. A fully stocked kitchen allows for great meals and wonderful memories for your family and friends.

This space was completely renovated in 2022 and is ready to host guests. Every seat in the main room has an incredible view of the lake and a vintage dining table awaits your family dinners and celebrations.
Enjoy outdoor adventures with a two-person kayak and life preservers, plenty of lawn games, outdoor seating, and access to Assembly Park's private swimming beach and water trampoline.
For rainy days and downtime, enjoy playing air hockey, board games, or streaming on the Roku TV.
We are moments away from the Lake Lawn golf course and only 15 minutes away from Lake Geneva restaurants and shopping.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as all of Assembly Park's amenities. There are 5 full parks with swings and playsets as well as space for baseball, volleyball, and shuffleboard. You will love the private swim beach with a slide and water trampoline.
Other things to note
Please contact us for stays less than 6 nights. Bunk bed is a single over a double plus trundle bed (sleeps 4). The extra living room in the basement sleeps 2 on a blow-up mattress. Whole
home is ideal for up to three couples plus kids.
