Everything is new!! 4-bedroom, lakeview house sleeps ten (maximum occupancy ten) with all new, high-end furnishings, beds/mattresses, linens/towels, appliances, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, washer/dryer, central vacuum, gas grill, gas fire pit, filtered water, water softener, smart TVs, Sonos Arc, Security System, Outdoor patio furniture, WiFi, and a shared storage shed. Includes a pier slip just steps away for one boat and one wave runner/PWC.

Property is available for weekly or monthly rentals up to one year. This is the perfect house to rent while you are supervising your new construction (such as the new Harbor Club development) or familiarizing yourself with the area prior to purchasing a new house. It is also ideal as a Corporate Rental while relocating or on temporary assignment in the area.

Price negotiable for extended stays longer than two weeks. Yearly rentals are subject to lease agreement and security deposit – priced at $6500 per month. Available 9/15/24.

Awesome First Visit to Delavan Lake

We planned a month long stay in order to spend as much time as we could with our adult children and their new babies. The house was perfect for our needs. The owner recently built the house and it is in pristine condition. The house was well equipped with everything we needed included items for the babies and a high chair for our 2 year old granddaughter. It had all of the comforts we needed to enjoy our one month vacation. SInce my wife and I were new to the area, the owner provided excellent information about restaurants, local activities, etc. The location worked out well for us. The neighborhood was generally quiet, except for the 4th of July fireworks. Lake Geneva, Delavan, Williams Bay, and Fontana are short drives away. There are plenty of grocery stores, a Walmart, and a variety of local shops in these surrounding towns. For my wife and me, the best part was spending time with our family and simply relaxing next to the lake.
