90 m2 apartment located on the second floor of a historic building, in the main square of Città della Pieve, the town of the famous painter "Il Perugino", in green Umbria, just 7 km from Tuscany. Going up comfortably with the lift (107*62 internal measurements), you arrive in the location dedicated to customers. Matteo will welcome you in the renovated, finely and elegantly furnished house. Affiliated for tasting wines, oil and typical products with our company in Cetona.
You will be welcomed in the common entrance, and then pass into the private entrance of the apartment, where you will find a beautiful fresco and graniglia floors; present the workstation with printer. Continuing on, you arrive in the large fully equipped kitchen, with peninsula: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, 5 burner stove, toaster, microwave, De Longhi machine for breakfast. A wooden table with 6 chairs completes the space. To your right you will find the large frescoed double bedroom with 65" smart TV and 180*210 King Size bed. Next to it, the marble bathroom with large shower. Finally, the other double or twin bedroom, again with a beautiful fresco, inside a service bathroom with shower, sink, toilet with hand shower.Apartment equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
