The garden level apartment is connected by an inside staircase but also has a private entrance from the exterior making it easy to have a little separate space but still be able to flow between the floors.

The owner's son, Tom, lives on the property in the loft above the detached garage with his friendly dog, Marvin. Feel free to interact with them or not!

This is a completely non-smoking property. No tobacco, no vaping, no marijuana anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. All guests must be listed on your reservation prior to arrival.

Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
