The Space:

The Lodge boasts multiple gathering spaces perfect for larger groups of families or friends, including 2 living rooms with wood fireplaces, an open kitchen, an entertainment area with a 98in TV and pool table, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an outdoor hot tub.



You’ll find stunning views from nearly every room as well as the wrap-around porch, featuring the many surrounding mountain ranges, tree lines and a sweeping overlook of the Gallatin Valley.



Situated on 150 acres and surrounded by millions of acres of state land and national forest, Four Peaks Ranch is a true nature retreat, offering direct access to countless trails and hosting abundant wildlife. The ranch also features stables and equestrian facilities, which are home to horses you’ll occasionally find grazing the paddocks or riding nearby trails.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the Lodge and its surroundings.



Guests can enjoy the view of the horses and the barn from the deck of the lodge. However, they're *not* allowed to visit the barn or horses without coordination in advance and signing safety/ risk waivers. This is for their and the horses safety. We would never want anyone to accidentally touch a live electric fence, or get bitten or kicked by a horse who is startled or who doesn’t deal well with strangers.



The Neighborhood:

Mt Ellis trailhead, a popular destination among locals, is steps away. With a 10 miles round trip and ~3,000 ft elevation gain, the hike takes a bit more than 6 hours and features open meadow, forest/trees, and expansive views.

Other Things to Note:

- Pets allowed with host approval and a non-refundable $300 pet fee

- Events - including weddings - are allowed with upfront host approval and agreed upon event fee

- Wildlife including bears and mountain lions consider this home. Guests are required to follow good wildlife practices: keep doors, windows and cars locked, do not leave food or trash outside, pack bear spray when going on hikes
