Very clean, comfortable bed. Nice newer kitchen appliances. Odd placement of old tv on living room wall, electrical and cable wires hangning down wall from tv to outlet. LR couch was pretty worn, limited hot water in sinks and shower.

Cute condo close to the beach

The condo was comfortable and close to restaurants and grocery store not to mention a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.

Beautiful condo near Siesta Key beach

The condo was perfect! It was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed. A beach wagon was included which made the walk to the beach very easy. If you love all that Siesta Key has to offer then this condo will be perfect for you.

Great location and clean property. The management staff was very helpful and kind. We had some issues upon check-in and with the gate throughout our stay. Specifically, we were not provided a gate code and had to wait over an hour to get into the property as we arrived after management office hours. Then, later in the week, the gate code changed, and we had trouble accessing the property. That being said, the management team was very responsive and worked quickly to correct the issues. The ad explained that beach items were provided; however, unfortunately, the umbrellas were broken and unusable. Luckily, the property had cabanas that we were able to utilize instead. In addition, more beach towels could be useful as we only had two very thin ones in our unit. We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property.

Roaches and Spotty Cable & Internet

Pics are accurate but the property as a whole is sketchy feeling. Walked in with “sanitized” wraps on toilets but both had dead insects and funky film in them. Found one large dead roach right away and killed another large one that found his way into my luggage. Upon further investigation there was roach droppings in most corners of the condo. Internet and cable weren’t working until the following day, but by then we already decided to leave and stayed at a hotel in Sarasota. Only pro is it was very close to the beautiful Siesta Beach.
