Located just 150 yards from Crescent beach, this side of our duplex offers a 2 bedroom and 1 bath villa, and is in the heart of the South Village, within steps of numerous restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, drug store, and things to do!

Here you can enjoy a heated salt water neighborhood pool, private beach access, and your own personal beach gear to use!

The villa is one half of a duplex, and highlights a private fenced-in patio, private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely cottage - clean, cozy, and perfect for us and our two young kids. The kitchen was great and the laundry was so nice to have. Really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and wagon. The beach and pool were SO close to the cottage, as was a stop for the free trolley. Host communication was excellent and they even offered early check-in. Loved the stay here!

Super nice duplex! Great location!

We arrived early and the owner was very communicative about when we could get in the space. He sent us a code beforehand, so we were able to go straight in, drop our bags, eat lunch across the street, and head to the beach. Everything is as shown. Super clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of beach gear, etc. We would definitely consider staying again.

We had a long weekend getaway at this unit. It was just as pretty as the pictures! It had everything we needed and the King bed was very comfortable. We loved the location! Our property embodies so much of what we love about Siesta Key. It is really beach living to the core! Being on the South Village puts you in close proximity to the beach, pool, fishing, boating, sunsets and some of the most amazing seafood that the area has to offer. You can make your vacation as adventurous or as low key as your heart desires.

What makes this property unique

Being within 150 yards of the beach, and in the heart of the Village with many restaurants and shops, this property is the perfect location! The garden patio out of the back door is such a wonderful space for friends and guests. Grill out or go out as much as you like! Right across the street is Big Water Fish Market, Miguels, Tiki Bar, Toasted Mango Cafe, Captain Curt's, Davidson's Drugstore, a grocery store, and a bike rental list goes on and on! You don't need a car!
