This place was great for staying all summer in Chattanooga. The area is great and the neighbors are very nice. Owners are easy to get a hold of and are great!!

Updated, very clean, great location to downtown!

My family had a wonderful experience staying here. The property has been fully updated including all new appliances. It has plenty of space for our family of 5. The location to Erlanger and downtown was the best part of this property. We had to stay close by the hospital due to a high risk pregnancy and this house met all of our needs. We could literally see the hospital from the front yard. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. Great communication. Highly recommend!

Host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. House is clean and reflects the listing. Plenty of towels, extra bedsheets, blankets, dish ware, etc. Bedroom closets have plenty of space for your things. Fenced in yard is perfect for our dog. Neighborhood is loud at it times. Helicopters frequently fly over the area and loud cars drive by often. There is a rooster living outside at one of the houses behind the property. It is loud randomly throughout the day. 2 doors down from the house, there are loud dogs that bark everyday and hang out in front most of the day. Sometimes they are on leash, sometimes not. They do roam around on the street, so if you have a dog be cautious of the location of the other dogs. The McDonald's is a 1 minute walk away from the house. From the front door and driveway of the house, you can hear the McDonald drive through speakers all day, but you can't hear it inside of the house.
