It's located in the premises of the Whynham Rio Mar Resort & Spa in Rio Grande , Puerto Rico. It is Located in a fifth floor with stunning and breath taking views. Can't beat the privacy of being in a higher level with the sound of the Ocean . Just take the elevator and steps aways from our Pools and few more steps and your right at the Ocean. Just 10 minutes from El Yunque and 5-7 min from many resturants . This is the place to stay as It's all about location .

Perfect location!!!

Loved the location of this accommodation! It is steps from the beach and pool. I have zero complaints about the property! My only issue was with the checking in. It would have been easier and less stressful if there were more instructions written about what to say to the person at the gate of the resort, if there were directions from the resort entrance to the villas, and a few more specifics about which door and which passcode to use to enter the room.

Ocean Villa

We arrived late at night with no instructions to get in the parking gates. Found a remote in the unit that did not work and had to be reprogrammed. Euniz was very responsive but she should of provided more info. She ruined our night. The building is old but this unit was renovated. Only issue was not very clean and missing items in kitchen(pot holders, kitchen towels etc) . Looks like someone lives there when it not rented. Lots of stuff left behind (kids notebook, open toiletries under sink etc) and stored in cabinets. Next day went to pool and host forgot to let security know we checked in. Security eyed us like we were criminals! Made us uncomfortable so we left and went to wyndam hotel where everyone was amazing! Would not rent from them again!
